Offer your day for the intentions of another
person whose name you keep in mind all day.

Skip a meal or part of one.

Visit an elderly person.

Spend then minutes reading the Bible.

Spend ten minutes slowly meditating on the Our Father.

Sacrifice some ordinary comfort or convenience today.

Make a gesture of reconciliation with someone from whom you are alienated.

Do something kind for someone who does not like you.

Do a kindness for someone who would never expect it.

Pray and offer some sacrifice for the Pope.

Spend ten minutes praying before the Blessed Sacrament.

Go to Confession.

Volunteer in a shelter, a soup kitchen or a tutorial center.

Give away some of your belongings.

Clean up someone else's mess.

Fast from television or some other amusement.

Pray for and give almos to the missions.

Offer your day for someone who has fallen away from the faith.

Pray the rosary with the intention to renew your Marian devotion.

Send a thank you note to someone to whom you owe a debt of gratitude.

Reconnect with someone who was responsible for generating the faith in you.

Pray with special devotion to your patron saint(s).

Bear wrongs that you experience today patiently.

Make a holy hour with your family.

Buy someone a meal or something to drink.

Make the Stations of the Cross.

Fast from complaining.

Spend 30 minutes in total silence.

Say a prayer for someone who is sick.

Go through your closet and find some clothes in good shape to give away.

Read Psalm 100.

Give up television today.

Write a letter to someone who might be lonely.

Give up snacks for one day.

At one meal today, eat only bread and drink only water.
Remember Jesus is the Bread of Life.

Do someone else's chores for them.

Give up complaining, frowns and negative thoughts today.

Make an Easter card for someone.

Pray for a forgiving heart and ask someone to forgive you.

Add the rosary or Chaplet of Divine Mercy to your daily prayers.

Get involved in your parish if you aren't already.
