Baptism Registration

Parents
are asked to pick up a Baptism Information Packet at the rectory
(Office Hours Monday through Thursday 9 am to 5 pm)
Baptism
packets are also available in the sacristy from one of the priests after weekend
Masses.
After reviewing all the information in the packet contact Ruth Viens, Baptism
Coordinator at

ruthviens@charter.net to discuss possible dates and to ask any
questions you may have.
The
Baptism date will only be finalized once we have the completed Baptism
registration, both godparent certificates, parents have met with one of the
priests and
for first time parents that they have attended the Baptism Preparation Class.
Parents are required to be registered members of St. George parish.
In addition to family and friends, all parishioners are invited to join in the
celebration of the sacrament!
